It is located between the monasteries of Velika Remeta and Krušedol, offering the perfect opportunity for peaceful walks and visits to these sacred places. From the villa’s spacious terrace, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding vineyards and forests of Fruška gora, creating a sense of complete harmony with nature. At first sight, your attention will be captured by the magnificent buildings of the Karlovci Philological Grammar School, the Clerical High School with Seminary and the Patriarchal Court, and you will not be able to resist taking a few photos beside the Four Lions Fountain. In the same square, in the centre, there are charming restaurants where you can recharge yourself with their delicious dishes, have coffee and savour the famous local confection – kuglof. Velika Remeta Monastery

Only 3 km from the villa, there is the Velika Remeta monastery, which was founded by King Dragutin at the end of the 18th century, and it was first mentioned in official historical records in the 16th century. When you step on the monastery property, you will be enchanted by the beautiful garden of the abbot Stefan. On the right side of the monastery, a replica of the Bethlehem cave and Mount Zion with a chapel was built.There is also the Ubavac spring, which is famous for its pure water. This hidden monastery in the valley far from the roads is visited today by more and more people who want to enjoy the nature.
